It is systematic, comprehensive and is a book that you need in your office if you deal with difficult thyroid issues everyday as I do. The book has excellent photomicrographs, tables and illustrations that are all top quality. The authors give a list of the differentials for each problem and describe in what manner immunohistochemical stains and molecular analyses can be used to solve the problem. I know that there are both cytology and surgical pathology books for thyroid pathology. This book combines both the surgical pathology aspects and the cytology aspects as well as the molecular point of view so there is no need to buy two books when this one book will do you well.
