This is a collection of technical essays that discuss a variety of issues contingent to the college admissions process, mostly centered on the development and use of testing that measure admissions fitness. The most interesting essays, at least in my opinion, are those at the back--these address the awkward juxtaposition of secondary and post-secondary testing expectations in the wake of No Child Left Behind. Unlike racial subjectivity, I feel this issue is highly under-discussed, and there was a lot to gain from reading these essays.
