The book is well structured, and probably unique in it's wide scope. I will use it extensively as a reference in my reports. I was, however, a bit put off by the presence of adverts within a serious text book from the venerable Springer Verlag. Especially with the really awful advert with the "word" VROOM in big letters directly at the start of the actual text...
